Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an online course?
No. There’s no curriculum, progression, or outcome to achieve. There is already enough pressure on artists to produce, progress, and improve.
The Inner Studio places calm, balance, and reflection at the center of the experience—not production. Nothing here is designed to move you forward.
It’s designed to let you stay with yourself.
What is an Inner Studio experience?
An Inner Studio experience is a short, audio-based space for artists. Each one gently names a common inner moment—uncertainty, quiet, doubt, rest, return—and offers presence rather than instruction. These are not lessons or exercises. They don’t ask you to change anything.
They simply give language and space to what may already be there.
Do I need to be productive or consistent?
No.
You’re not expected to produce anything.
You’re not required to show up regularly.
Nothing is being tracked or measured. You can come and go as you need.
Nothing is expected of you.
What kind of artist is this for?
All artists are welcome.

Any pace or path.

You don’t need to identify a goal or define your practice to belong here.
What if I don’t know what I’m feeling or working on?
That’s completely okay.
Not knowing is a very real part of the creative process—and one of the reasons the Inner Studio exists. Many of the experiences are made for moments when things feel unclear, unnamed, or unresolved.
You don’t need to arrive with clarity.
You’re allowed to arrive as you are.
Do I have to reflect, write, or do exercises?
No.
Reflection is optional.
Writing is optional.
Doing nothing is also allowed.
There is no correct way to engage with this space.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No.
Open Creative is not therapy, and it doesn’t replace professional support or technical training. It’s also not coaching.
It’s a quiet space designed to support the inner experience of being an artist—without diagnosis, instruction, or evaluation.
What if I don’t use it very often?
That’s okay too.
This isn’t about usage—it’s about availability.
The Inner Studio is here for the moments when artists are searching, seeking balance, or needing a quiet place to return to. You don’t have to use it often for it to be valuable to you and your art.
If you have other questions, you’re welcome to reach out.
